The one and only wine that will ever be made from fruit grown beyond the Adelaide Hills, and a story worth telling: a collaboration between friends, S&J Tunstill and Roetman, born from the sandy soils of Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale.
Those soils give Shiraz a rare perfume and lift — violets and dark florals leading, then folding into raspberries and plum, finishing with smoke and vanilla drawn from fourteen months in oak (30% new). For all its depth, this is a wine built on elegance: fine, supple tannins and a sense of balance that lingers long after the glass is empty. Hand picked, made with care, and every bit as rewarding now as it will be with time in the cellar.
