Our Reserve Nebbiolo opens with a lifted perfume of red cherry, wild strawberry and dried rose, layered with whispers of clove, tar and forest floor. On the palate, bright red fruit carries through against a firm, structured backbone of tannin, which is a signature of extended maceration, with skins left in contact for roughly three weeks to draw out both colour and grip.

Time in seasoned French oak rounds out the edges without touching the fruit, adding gentle savoury undertone that frames rather than dominates. The finish is long, dry and persistent, with fine-grained tannins that promise real ageing potential.
